Legal advice
Our company provides legal advice in various areas of law. Our core field is immigration law: residence and work permits, citizenship, visas and company formation. We also advise on civil, minor offences, employment and commercial law (all areas).
How legal advice works: first, we familiarise ourselves with your matter and all relevant documentation. For simpler questions, we can advise you straight away. For more complex matters, we study the regulations and case law and send you our answer as soon as possible.
Advice can take place at our office in Trbovlje (by prior arrangement), by telephone or remotely via WhatsApp, Viber or Google Meet, in Slovenian, English, Croatian, Serbian or Bosnian.
Where your matter requires representation before a court, we help you work with an attorney (odvetnik).
